There's little doubt that we'll still have some wintry weather here in the Front Range of the Rocky Mountains, but there is also no doubt that when Crocuses make their appearance, Spring is climbing up into the hills.
More Crocuses
It's the second day of Spring.
Crocuses are emerging from the ground.
And the nuthatches are working the suet feeder - they will be nest building soon.

Although this week's weather has buried everything in snow again for a few days, we got a taste of Spring last weekend, with Crocus chrysanthus in bloom:
