Time lapse of a Japanese Toad Lily [Tricyrtus sp.] blossoming. There are two video clips of separate flowers - one from the side, another from above. These flowers are quite small - only about 3 cm across when fully open.
Morning in Moraine Park
Watch the light descend from Stones Peak and the mountains on the Continental Divide, down into Moraine Park in Rocky Mountain National Park.

Spring sunrise
Lots of snow lies on the flanks of Mt. Meeker and Long's Peak from last weekend's storm. There are moments just at sunrise when the long rays of the sun illuminate the peaks in pink and purple.
Crocus in bloom
Although this week's weather has buried everything in snow again for a few days, we got a taste of Spring last weekend, with Crocus chrysanthus in bloom:
